- 3 packages Ramen
- 1 Tbl sesame oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbls peanut oil
- cilantro or scallions
- Soak ramen noodles in hot water, 5 minutes
- Drain; pat dry
- Toss with salt and sesame oil
- Heat peanut oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, spread the noodles in the pan and cook 6 to 8 minutes per side
- Drain on paper towels, top with scallions or cilantro
